Week One - Things to do

  • Create an accurate critical path
  • Get in contact with leisure centres to set up interviewing potential consumers
  • Put together questions to ask each consumer group within the interviews
  • Look at examples of successful websites by other brands to inspire the design of the new Speedo website
  • Hannah will create a case study of the Activia TLC Plans
  • Bryony will create a case study of the Adidas MiCoach Programme (both of which should help us to create our Get Up & Go Plans)
  • Find facts and figures about swimmers - most popular swimming areas in the UK etc.
  • Look at events held by other brands for inspiration and tips as to how we will create and run our Get Up & Go events
  • Try to find information on other brands marketing budgets so that we can set ourselves a realistic and accurate budget to work to
